With the Carolina Hurricanes enjoying their two-week break, I wanted to take this downtime to reflect on the season thus far. This entails looking at every player who has suited up for the Canes this season and giving them a grade like when they were in school. I'll only be looking at the players on the active roster or who are still in the organization, so no Martin Necas or Jack Drury, though I'd give them an "A" and "C+" respectively.

The first batch of players I'll talk about are the goalies. The Canes have used five goalies this season, which seems like a lot. Like every year, injuries have prevented the group from playing at full strength, but guys have stepped up to fill in when needed. It hasn't always been pretty, but they've done the job. Here's a look at the Canes goalies this season.
