As of right now, there has not been an opponent announced, but that should be coming within the next couple of months I’d assume. Fans have been speculating on who they could face. Names ranging from the Penguins, to the Lightning, to the Blue Jackets. Personally, I’d like to see the Canes take on the Bolts.
It’s also important to note that the Carolina Hurricanes are the first team in the south east to host an outdoor game. So y’all better start making plans for next February. It’s time to take the outdoor hockey world by storm.
Question for CC readers: Will you go to the 2021 Stadium Series if it’s in Raleigh?
