A point is good but a win is needed today for the Carolina Hurricanes, and here’s who will make it happen.

See, losing is (kind of) OK as long as it’s not in regulation. The Carolina Hurricanes finally snatch a point Friday night, despite a loss. Now today is a must win to keep sitting in the WC1 spot.

Williams is also expected to return to the ice today. Now is the best time to pick up Williams in fantasy, but not to start him. Even Rod knows that Williams starts slow. He just needs to be out there to motivate everyone.

So who do we start in fantasy tonight? Let’s take a look.

Season Report. Pick Analysis. . 20. F. Sebastian Aho. player. 109

Aho had the one and only goal against the Ducks Friday night. Aho proved that he belonged in the center position rather than the wing with this goal. He sat crease front to get the deflection but also played stout defense.

Aho saw this line movement as a wake up call and boy he responded. Aho will continue this response into today’s game. Not just for him but for the whole team. Everyone is in need for a wake up call.

Season Report. 88. player. 109. Pick Analysis. F. . Martin Necas

Now that the REM line is back Necas is ready to roll again. He got one against Columbus but expect a multi point game tonight for him and the REM line.

The reason we are going with Necas out of the REM line to start today is speed. Necas might be one of, if not the fastest guys on the Canes. We will need this speed from the first puck drop to take one from the Isles.

109. F. Lucas Wallmark. . 71. player. Season Report. Pick Analysis

In the last 15 games Wallmark has 12 points. Yea, pretty cool right? Oh, and Williams is returning to the lineup tonight, on Wallmark’s line.

Williams might not score, or even have an assist, but he will motivate everyone. That spark is going to light up the 4th line tonight and Wallmark will produce.

All in all, the Canes need a break out game. A full game from everyone, but in terms of fantasy, bank on these guys for today.
