The Carolina Hurricanes have found their groove finally. After the OT battle with Philly, the Canes put together a full 60 minute game last night with contributions from everyone. Mrazek got his third shut out of the season and the first star last night. Everyone played exceptional.

Justin Williams was the healthy scratch last night and will more than likely follow the same plan tonight as expected. Nothing to worry about in this regard as the Canes have found their offensive identity again.

So who is going to look good AND play good in green? REM line, that’s who. Ryan Dzingel, Erik Haula, and Martin Necas.

Season Report. Ryan Dzingel. 18. 109. Pick Analysis. F. . player

R in REM is Ryan Dzingel. Ryan has 5 points in the last 6 games and was hot last night. One of the best new additions to the team. He has been healthy and hustling all season long so far.

Ryan also has a solid presence on the 2nd line power play having a couple of man advantage goals this season as well. Reminder this means more fantasy points.

This biggest contribution for fantasy you’ll see from Ryan is his chemistry on his line with Haula and Necas. This might be one of the best lines in all of the NHL right now. They could honestly play their shifts with blindfolds, that’s how in sync they are.

Pick Analysis. 56. player. 109. Season Report. F. . Erik Haula

E in REM is Erik Haula. Haula spent some time up in the press box with a re-aggravation of the knee injury from last year. But once he returned, he was back in action.

Since his return he has had 8 points in 8 games and a couple of multi point games. He is the best net front presence the Canes have and we are very grateful for him. He has been rather quite on the power play but he still rides with the first line who need to get it figured out here quick. They do that and the Canes won’t be stoppable.

The PP will come for Haula, but 5v5 is dangerous for anyone playing against this REM line.

F. Martin Necas. 109. Season Report. Pick Analysis. . 88. player

The Rookie was extra hot last night. Y’all don’t even needs stats just look at this goal.

Martin Necas is ELITE. He has the best hockey IQ of any rookie and ranks top 10 in the NHL. Yes he still has a few freshman mistakes but honestly, how many have you actually noticed this year?

If you don’t have Necas by now you’re missing out on .625 points a game. With this beautiful goal last night that puts him at 10 goals 15 assists in only 40 games.

This REM line and their chemistry is unbreakable, and a force to be reckoned with the rest of the season.
