Everything went right for the Carolina Hurricanes in 2019 and the boys look to keep it hot on the ice in 2020 starting tonight.

What a year 2019 was for the Canes! Hockey is officially back in Raleigh, NC and it feels so good. There is a lot to discuss but we must press on and focus on going 1-0 in 2020. There will be several outside articles coming out in the near future to peak your interest and some out now. But time to focus on fantasy and betting so buckle up.

To recap; the home stand is going great. 6-4 over that team from DC, and 3-1 over the Aho lovers. These wins set up the Canes nicely to keep playing A+ hockey tonight AND win the regular season series against the capitals.

There has been plenty of help along the way in these last two games especially from a certain few that are red hot right now. So, let’s dive in and make our fantasy picks for tonight.

Haula is back back guys! Since returning from Injury rest, Haula has 6 points in 5 games including two on new years eve, one being the game winning goal.

As long as Haula stays healthy, the opposing goalie, whomever the Canes face, will be in trouble. Haula is a menace net front, and has seemed to teach Wallmark a thing or two. With these two on the tip a goal is bound to fall.

Haula also has returned to the power play where he found an assist last game. Expect his line to ramp up the power play tonight, earning more fantasy points for you.

In December alone Teravainen had 14 assists in 13 games. He WILL score you fantasy points tonight and every night so make sure he is in your lineup.

Teravainen is also on the last man in ballot for the All-Star game. Do not think he doesn’t know this and is trying to impress everyone. He has already earned the spot so it’s up to us as Caniacs to make it happen for this young man.

Also 5 of these assists in December came on the power play. Teuvo is a beast on the power play and always finds a way to get it done. Remember these power play assists count as an even strength goal in fantasy points.

RALEIGH, NC – DECEMBER 28: Lucas Wallmark #71 of the Carolina Hurricanes celebrates after scoring a goal during an NHL game against the Washington Capitals on December 28, 2019 at PNC Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina. (Photo by Gregg Forwerck/NHLI via Getty Images)

The Trusted Swede is only 3 games away from tying the Canes all time point streak record. This record was set by former captain and General Manager Ron Francis. Andrei Svechnikov was one game away from this in November but fell short.

Wallmark has been on the money these last 7 games but has been incredibly handy since Haula got hurt. He has taken over the net front responsibility and with Haula back both lines will be dangerous for tip goals.

With all of these guys in your line up tonight you can expect a 10+ point performance in fantasy.
