Which Hogwarts Houses Do Your Favorite Carolina Hurricanes Belong To?

Haydn Fleury spent last season between the Checkers and Hurricanes, mostly to make sure he was getting playing time. He did not complain about his frequent flyer miles. He just took the time to learn how to craft his game, and has been described in the past as a ‘happy-go-lucky kind of kid’.

Teuvo Teravainen – there is just something about Teravainen that screams Hufflepuff to me. It could be his affable nature, his strong friendship with fellow Finn Sebastian Aho, or his ability to fit in wherever Brind’amour puts him in the lineup. Regardless, Teuvo is the definition of a Hufflepuff.

Jaccob Slavin – do not let the way he plays defense fool you; Slavin is a Hufflepuff. He is hard working and shows penultimate patience with the puck. Let’s not forget his two Hufflepuff pups (say that three times fast) that will also be fan favorites at Hogwarts.

Brett Pesce – Carolina Hurricanes fans knows how much of a beast line both Slavin and Pesce are on defense. The NHL might not point it out as often as the should, but shhh no one but the hurricanes fans needs to know. Coupled with his deceptively elite style of play, Pesce is as friendly and personable as they come off the ice.

New addition for the team, Erik Haula is my pick for this team to be in Hufflepuff for the Hurricanes. He has been a fan favorite with every team he’s played for, and for good reason. Haula is an excellent teammate to have in the locker room, and an even better teammate to have on the ice. Last, but certainly not least, on to the Ravenclaws.
