February 5: Toronto acquires goalie Jack Campbell and Kyle Clifford from LA for Trevor Moore, 2020 3rd round pick, and 2021 3rd round pick.

February 10: Pittsburgh acquires Jason Zucker from Minnesota for Alex Galchenyuk, Calen Addison, and a conditional 1st round pick in either 2020 or 2021.

February 16: New York Islanders acquire Andy Green from New Jersey for a 2021 2nd round pick and David Quenneville.

Tampa Bay acquire Black Coleman from New Jersey for Nolan Foote and a conditional 1st round pick in either 2020 or 2021.
