Bloopers are a part of life and there have been many memorable hockey funnies. I actually felt so bad pointing out these athlete’s mistakes, I felt compelled to share one of my own horrific moments. The Carolina Hurricanes announced late yesterday afternoon that they sent Niclas Wallin and a fifth-round draft pick to San Jose for their 2nd round pick in 2010.  This will be the first time Nicky will play in a uniform besides the one of the Carolina Hurricanes.  Nicky went on to say how it was hard to know he was getting off the team plane for the last time on Friday night.  Wallin holds the record for most playoff overtime winners by a defenseman with three.  He will be an added asset to an already great team in San Jose.  He [...]
