Anton Khudobin was incredible yet again for the Carolina Hurricanes. He has been unbelievable all year, but this was Anton Khudobin’s first shutout as a goalie for the Carolina Hurricanes.

Eric Staal had a great game for the Carolina Hurricanes. He did a great job in all areas, and he was a key factor in Jiri Tlusty’s second goal. He got to the front of the net and impaired Dan Ellis’ vision.

The first line of Jiri Tlusty, Eric Staal, and Andrei Loktionov played very well. They supplied plenty of offense throughout the night, and they accounted for two goals.
