Justin Faulk – United States of America

Justin Faulk is the youngest player on the USA’s roster. This means he will have to earn his playing time more so than any other player on the USA roster.

Justin Faulk was paired with Anaheim Ducks defenseman Cam Fowler on Tuesday according to Corey Masisak.

“CORRECTION: US D – Suter-SHATTENKIRK, McDonagh-Carlson, Orpik-Martin, Fowler-FAULK. Apologies.”

Team USA has eight defensemen on the roster, and only six can play. Justin Faulk will likely be in the five-seven range of defensemen on the depth chart.

If Faulk can play, he will be a very solid two-way defenseman for the Americans. He is very positionally sound, and he knows when to push up in the offensive zone and when not to.

The USA’s first game of the preliminary round will be against Slovakia on February 13 at 7:30 a.m.
