Charlotte Checkers Recap

The Checkers got back in the win column last night, beating the Grand Rapids Griffins by a score of 5-0 with goals coming from five different scorers. Terry, Rask, Boychuk, Flood and Woods potted the goals.

John Muse, who was signed to a pro-contract earlier this week, earned the shutout making 30 saves. A full recap can be found here on the Checkers Website. The Checkers are right back it tomorrow night taking on the Rockford Ice Hogs. It is possible that yesterday-signee Allen York could play.
