Hurricanes Training Update

Note: Information is taken from Hurricanes’ beat writers like Chip Alexander and Michael Smith. However opinions are my own.

  • Matt Corrente practiced as a forward with Semin, Lindholm and Ruutu still out.
  • However, Muller said Semin could still play in the season opener. Let’s hope he does because the offense will be seriously hurting without him.
  • Dvorak was still in camp, playing with E. Staal and Tlusty.
  • J. Staal was with Dwyer and Gerbe. Nash with Skinner and Bowman and Sutter, Corrente and Westgarth on the fourth.
  • Gerbe played with E. Staal and Tlusty on the power-play, while Skinner took Gerbe’s spot on the second line.
  • Faulk and Murphy were the defensemen for the first unit, Sekera and Harrison for the second.
