Yesterday’s Playoff Game

  • After Chicago Blackhawk Patrick Kane scored to bring his team within one to the Detroit Red Wings it looked like the Blackhawks could force overtime, but Pavel Datsyuk scored two minutes later to give the Wings a 3-1 lead that would last until the end of regulation. Gustav Nyquist and Drew Miller scored the other Red Wings goals, while Duncan Keith recorded his fifth assist of the playoffs on Kane’s goal. Jimmy Howard made 40 saves for the win. Corey Crawford made 30. The Red Wings now lead the series 2-1.
