Despite several ups and downs during this season, including injuries and his first ever suspension, Jeff Skinner still had a sensational sophomore year. He was able to notch 20 goals again, and added 24 assists in 64 games played this season. It will be crucial for him to continue to stay healthy and keep his temper under control in order for him to play more of a role for the team next season. Out of Skinner’s 20 goals, just 4 came on the power play, which is something that he, and the rest of his team, will look to improve on next season. Adding another top-6 winger and power play specialist will certainly help this.
