NHL March Madness: Vote on your Enforce Eight

Last Tuesday, Cardiac Cane encouraged you to have a little fun with some hockey brackets in honor of March Madness. Specifically, I asked you to vote on the enforcers you respect and want to move on to the next round. The results are …

The big upset was Mike Rupp, 15^th seed, getting 59% of the votes over fellow Rangers’ Brandon Prust. Prust was ranked second according to our original guidelines.

I guess you could say there was a tiny upset between Philadelphia’s 9^th seed Zac Rinaldo over 8^th seed Ryan Reaves. Rinaldo moves on to the Enforce Eight with 58% of the votes.

The number one spot gained the most votes (88% of votes), so it is no surprise Boston’s Shawn Thornton is headed for another round.

I’m going to play a bracket god here and arrange the next pairings as I see fit. I usually do what I want. You shouldn’t be surprised.  Happy voting on your Enforce Eight! Feisty Four will be announced Tuesday, March 27^th. So cheese…I love it.
