The Hurricanes take on the Panthers tonight at 7:30 as they start a back to back series with the Panthers. The Hurricanes are coming off a well played 5-3 victory over the Dallas Stars.
One player who finally seems to be healthy and playing to his potential is Eric Staal. Staal now has 11 points in his last 10 games. The Hurricanes seem to finally have their top line of Whitney, Staal, and Ruutu clicking and if they can get production from the second lines things can turn around.
If there is a team to turn it around against its the Panthers. The Hurricanes always play the Panthers tough and need to sweep the series this weekend to have a chance
